Jewish lawn extension

The extension works will create an additional 785 burial plots for the Jewish community, with approximately 498 lawn monumental and 287 full monumental burial plots.

Works are due to commence on Monday 7 September, taking approximately 12 weeks to complete.

Families can still visit loved ones in surrounding areas, however, access to some memorial locations may be limited at times. Please contact administration before visiting for access information.

Detours may be in place around the work site to help manage traffic safely. Please follow any signage and directions when travelling through the area.

Our Operations and Customer Service teams will work closely with Sydney Chevra Kadisha and families to minimise impacts while ensuring burial services in surrounding areas continue safely and respectfully.
