Join us for a lighthearted and practical session of Death Preparedness Bingo! Death may be inevitable but how prepared we are does not have to be. During the game we will cover essential end of life questions:

• Have you made an advance care plan?
• Is your will up to date?
• Who holds your Enduring Power of Attorney or Guardianship?
• Who needs to know (or not know) when you pass away?
• What provisions are in place for your children or pets?
• Are you registered (or not) for organ and tissue donation?
