Field of Mars Cemetery History Tour with Ryde District Historical Society

This walking tour is hosted by the Ryde District Historical Society. On the tour, we will visit parts of the Presbyterian, Methodist, Congregational and Baptist sections of the cemetery, learn about the colourful characters who shape our region, their stories and how they shaped the society we live in today.

Important Information:

• Arrive at the white cottage, just inside the cemetery grounds at 10:45am for an 11am start.
• This is a walking tour 
• Bookings are recommended - this is a free event, but places are limited. 
• Please wear enclosed walking shoes, and bring sunscreen, a hat, and a refillable water-bottle.
• Please dress for the weather including sun, wind or rain.
