Families choosing a burial place or a location for cremated ashes in designated sections of Rookwood General Cemetery can combine the memorial cost and the interment right fee into one package. This package includes a headstone and an inscription (character allowance included).

The memorials in these sections are crafted from natural stone offering unique variations in colour, pattern and texture. Natural pits, markings or veining, are part of its character as a natural material. Samples provided are a general guide and may differ from the final memorial.

Please note that interment (burial) fees are not included in the package and are paid at the time of the service. Additional personalisation options are available at an extra cost, allowing families to create a memorial that reflects their loved one’s life and legacy.
